I used Parador and also the solicitor they recommended which was Domus, no problems at all. Their after sales service was poor and if I were to do it again I wouldn't bother with it. When I had problems trying to get the builders to act on the snag list  someone gave me the email address of whom I presume is head of aftersales. I emailed him direct and he acted on it straight away and within days the builders were there. Yet I had been trying for months and they just ignored me. If it's of use to anyone here it is

Hi, I did everything I could to get the builders to come back, many phone calls, even a letter written in spanish with a photo highlighting the problem with my wall. Nothing happened. So I emailed one of the directors of parador who I bought through. Immediately I had a phone call saying they would sort it and they did. Within no time at all the work was done.

Just back from La Herrada, nothing open yet although the bazaar has goods in the window so looks close to opening.

I used Parador too a year ago and had no problems at all. I also used their after sale service which was quite useful but expensive and not really value for money. They even got involved when I asked them to in problems that arose with the apartment months later, getting on to the builder on my behalf to put the problems right. In fact my purchase was quite straight forward and I would use Parador again.
