good for you,would be good to know which solicitor you used and did you go to court,when there are hundreds of us still trying for money back.

we been trying since 2006,sorry if i sound a little bitter,thats what being fiddled out of money does to a person

oh my god avoided looking at this sight ,didnt want to remind myself what a bloody mess we are in,but hey ho,here i am,we are  victims of terrible people,who rob us and still sleep at night,

maybe 2009 we will see some results,although gut feelings say otherwise.

i wish all a great new year eve,ready to face another battle getting refunds,for us we gonna get drunk and forget for a few hours.

definatley something does not add up here????????

one of the questions we put to our solicitor was .would it be best to move funds from acc to another build,the reply,, definatley NOT.huma dont seem to have full planning for anything they build.another question was,could we sieze assets from huma,well the way that works in spain is you take out an embargo on a property,which means if huma sell then you will get your money through the said proptery,IF ITS SOLD,once your money on there theres no getting it off,and it costsi believe around 4,000 euro just for notary to apply embargo.thats if you can find anyhing with full licence that would sell anyway,

seems to us we are all receiving duff info,

i really dont think the spanish media give a toss,i dont think anyone gives a toss about us.
they dont want to know,even the papers printed in english over here dont want to know,
maybe if the costa blanca news had hundreds of e,mails coming in from us then maybe,just maybe,,,,,,, we could get there attention,

hi all,still here, still in the same boat as everyone else.
yes i can hear myself cry bring on the court action,but deep down i know it means sod all here in spain,the banks will not back up huma,they too seem to have had enough,
huma have no cash(or they very good at hiding it)it means nothing if you win in court,if huma go under the banks will be the first to claim anything thats left in the pot,
we will be still in the same situation,owed cash by huma,angry as hell at the people who got us into this mess,yes parador and the rest,how do these people sleep is beyond me,and come on parador ect ect take me to court,sue me,you wont get any money from me,HUMA GOT ALL MY MONEY.
