I love the community ,the houses are 45 mins from Malaga and say 55-60mins from granda its a small village but very central to the coast  and the nevada for sking..

The people all seem freindly thats both Spanish and English ,we have two children 6-8 and they love the freedom they have.

I am not sure but has far as i am aware no one has been elected yet .

im back out there the end of the month so can find out more then , but i no freinds of ours that live there said that a contractor has bought at least 60 of the houses so they were not sure how we stood with getting the comitee up and running, because of the amount of empty properties,

They want to get it up and running as soon as possable so that the swimming pools will be ready for next year .

i do no that they and a few of the other tenants had voted for the cheaper of the two but i can not comment on this because we never even recevied any of the spoken paperwork !
