I am not sure if you are refering to the communal gardens for Luz apartments as its been a while since I posted that thred but yes there is proof that there should have been communal gardens as I have a promotional brochure stating on it that there is communal garden and pool,we were told that the builder was within his rights to change things as he wanted but we were never informed as to any of this.

I and a few others have purchased in Luz De Almoradi phase 111 our problem is when we bought we were told that there would be a communal garden area and communal area by the pool on the rooftop .

Now that the apartments have been release they have now said that  there would not be any garden area as the people who have bought on the ground floor would be having private gardens.

 My question is CAN  VEGEALX THEY DO THIS?  and if not what can we do to stop this from happening?

Just had a call from Ambersun and they have told us that the Luz de Almoradi apartments may not be ready till May or June, has any one been told anything different?

phase 111 of luz de almoradi

I have just come back from visiting almoradi and while there went to see how our apartment at Luz De Almoradi was getting on and to see if it would be ready for April.

The pace still looks like a war zone our apartment is on the ground floor and all I can see diferent to when we were over in September is that they have the entrance stairs in and the floors have been tiled some of the kitchen units have been put in but not alot else.

I took my future daughter inlaw along to see the show house which is realy nice she was made up with what she saw that ie until we went into the twin bedroom and saw all the dampness there, it was even on the picture frames yet we were told its because they had 3 days of heavy rain in the last week.

I can only say that it does not look as if they will be ready by April or may and and I for one will be getting my apartment snagged to check out for any defaults especially dampness.
