Culd anyone tell me has anyone on Manilva had a repossession order or notice of payment,We handed our lproperty back quite a few years ago to the bank stating that it was never finished property,toilet ,sanitation never worked,pipes for water not put in properly,we never heard anything back till now and have received massive repayment fees.OVP have a lot to answer to for the problems they have created for us,we are in a really bad dilemma now and absolutely worried out of our minds what we are going to do.
Could anyone who has been in the same dilemma PM ,please if they have any advice.

Hi Paul yes I am with you at Brethertons,have y ou received the latest email this afternoon from Siobhan,I cannot see how Quinn Insurance cannot give us a reasonable answer,and I really don't think they are allowed to do this.
It's making me think know whether Ms Alberici was corrupt or they are taking the view she was dishonest.
Even so I still think we should be entitled to our monies back,as a the end of the day she was a solicitor,and a member of the Law Society.

Quinnhave declined the indemniy against Leslie Alberici and partner ,even though most of us have seen a copy of the Disciplanary Tribunal,there was no Mention of Fraud,so why as she not been indemnified??
Quinns cannot be allowed to get away with this,especially as no reasons have been forthcoming,
We should all be uniting on this one,they have strung us along for far too long,our legal expenses gone through the roof,for them to keep us dangling and then say up yours.
Let us all get together on this and unite,we have all lost a lot of money through OVP and Leslie Albericki CUK Coveyancing,and I feel someone should
Get to the bottom of it.
Our solicitors are going to try and arrange a meeting for us with counsel,as to where we go from here.

Since when as Quinn been above the Law Society.
