hi wotnocasa,
    thanks for info,thought something fishy,when they suddenly got in touch. 2yrs ago they did not want to know, now all of sudden they offering properties and want more money,is he thinking screw us for more to pay for other court case?
   we are still going with solicitor and should be going to court soon. it is only thing to do if we want chance of getting anything back. we will not just write it off,and will not give them any more.

  Thanks Danny for your info, Palmera not rushing with info they said we would get by last weekend,
        What a surprise [think not] we may be able to have what we paid for, or different one providing we give them more of our hard earned cash.
   Did palmera say what happened to our money?
  Dont think we would trust them again,
  If news is correct spain in same position as england, loads of properties, no buyers.
  We would rather look around, see what deals are out there,than trust palmera.

hi all,
 We think palmera may be getting bit concerned with court actions being taken.
When we last had email from them nearly 2yrs go, their attitude was it was nothing to do with them as their contract finished oct 06. they only acted as selling agent, all dealings should be done with urbassa. we pointed out that as agent they should be dealing with urbassa, and helping us with situation,as they were quick to take money, and said they see you through to handing over keys,etc.their answer was they no longer deal with urbassa. 
 Some of us have got solicitors on case and hope to go to court soon.
With all the properties that are not sold or finished in spain they are probably getting worried. 
If they were to offer another property dont think i would trust them.When they phoned last week they would not answer any questions.As stuart told them to now get in touch after 2yrs silence, is 2yrs too late.
Would like to know what they offering, and how much they think they can screw us for again.        Pity dream did not come true, fed up with all rain. hope none of you flooded .

hi all,
      We also had call from palmera at 5.40. did not give name,would not say why they wanted e mail address,but asked if we bought in amarion iii. stuart told them they should have it on file,asked why we had no answer to e,mails, or letters for last 2yrs, could not give an answer, so stuart told them to send whatever throuh post.
         Wonder whats made them suddenly get in touch.
             Wonder if its anything to do with people starting court actions.
