Just to clarify the law regarding expat rights to vote in the forthcoming referendum:

"British expats who have lived outside the UK for less than 15 years qualify to be able to vote in the forthcoming referendum. They should immediately register to vote online if they have not done so already: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote."

Unfortunately those who have lived outside the UK for more than 15 years are not currently eligible to vote.

I believe "Fowof" the computer shop in Mercadona arcade in Los Alcazares can also provide some kind of short or longer term internet connection. Might be worth checking out - they do speak good English.

Hi Mandy,

There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding here.  The members of the Entity Board are elected by and from all owners at the Annual General Meeting and they are elected to represent ALL owners, not just those of their particular community or phase.  Although villas do not form part of any Community, and do not therefore have to pay community fees, they certainly do form part of the Entity and pay entity fees.  Community debts are the responsibility of each individual community.  Entity debts are the responsibility of the entity.  Hope this helps to clarify the position.
