Air con is working in all apartments that we manage, if not  I`m afraid its back to Jose Maria but we havenot had a problem with any once the electric has been connected.

We checked some properties this week and block 7 & 8 had working lifts, it looks like they are getting them done slowly but surely.

Hi  all

We too were told that we could knock these down, our client suggested owners getting together who want this and maybe getting a price to do a few together as this would be cheaper and obviously he doesn´t want to be paying lots of money if a job lot will be cheaper for all concerned. The planter on block 8 ground floor blocksmost of the small views that you he does have.

Hi all

Yes for some unknow reason all the postboxes are located at one point but there is no post going there only junk mail.

I have managed to find out that as the street has no name yet post wont be delivered into the mail boxes but I am surprised that La Cala post office doesn´t keep the post, usually you can go to your local post office and give the name of the urbanisation and they will hand you a box for you to sort through with everyones mail in it for that urbanisation.

The problem we are currently having is money being deducted from our clients accounts for water & electric and no paperwork to tell us what it is for along with any other post they may be getting, we cannot redirect the post as we don´t know contract numbers etc as these are on the bills, oh joy.

I will persevere and keep you posted ha ha
