We are trying to decide what kind of heating (if any) to have in our property and have been quoted the following prices by San Jose.  Could anyone advise which would be the best and most economical to run.

• Underfloor Heating (Whole Property)      4215euros
• Elec Radiators (Whole Property)              3360euros
• Gas Radiators (Whole Property)              4188euros

Also does anyone know if you can just have the unerfloor heating turned on in specific rooms.  We presume you can with the gas and electric.

Any help you can give will be gratefully received as we are new to this buying abroad and to be honest are quite nervous about the whole thing

I haven't got access to a fax and so may find it difficult to return documents to Julie within 10 minutes, I'll need to make sure I am at my daughters when she rings with the amount as she has all the equipment needed

We've just bought at Santa Ana, We also used Ambasun (Karen) and have found them to be very professional and friendly.  We are due to send our first payment next week and although we have had several bouts of cold feet we are sure it will be the right move. We are using Ambasun to send our money and will be sending a sterling cheque to their office in Birmingham. Julie waits for the best time to save us money.
