Just a warning about Vista Print

I purchased these cards which are ok quality and delivered really fast however 18 months later I noticed £9.00 per month was being taken on my credit card aparently when you sign up for the card a small pop up appears (which I did not really take any notice of) this is signing you up to Vista rewards so be warned!

I did however manage to get a refund from them after several calls to the Caribean where they are based they have no UK contact

Hi to everyone who has bought on Florida Golf we are in the first phase of the apartments now changed to Marbella Golf Apartments we have been in now for just over a year. This is just to let those of you who intend to rent out your apartments that the rental returns are poor some people in our block a renting for £60.00 per week this does not cover costs.

I have advertised on several sites Holiday lettings.co.uk and Holiday rentals.co.uk and have not yet covered the cost of the adds most rentals are to family and friends.

The point is we are supposed to be a community of property owners no one person or Admiburgos can set rules we have a right to be informed of anything relating to the running of the complex and then have to vote, I was not given a copy of these rules prior to them being issued.

The question was how many of you actually voted ?
