have spoken to our solicitor  yesterday everything is ready for signing he has to arange appointment with the notary this may take 2-3 weeks  may be sooner depending if  date that suits all of us can be arranged

hi to everyone have just had news from our solicitor that he now has the licene from town hall and will prepare the doucuments for the final signing for apartment in phase 4 block 2 he has told us it is now only a matter of a few weeks to arange everything

HAS ANYONE BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT A POSITIVE SIGNING DATE   ON     PHASE 4 BLOCKS   1/ 2/3/4/   i last

contacted the developers in early dec and was told all new sales had been suspended untill  jan 08 and i was rather hopeing this was a sign they wanted to  ldeal with the finished propertys on phase four.

and as for the council dealing with the licence we were  told back in july07 the licence  for finished blocks  had been granted and this was also confirmed by our lawyer .  a lot of people on this site  are saying nothing will be released untill whole site is finished if this is true then they developers should have the decency to inform us all of the facts .

if the council is so worried aboul a scandal why are they allowing the developers to build futher blocks when they have not conpleated on the ones all ready sold.            they dont seem to care about the fact our contracts have been broken with over a years delay to my way of thinking this in it self is a scandal thet should be addressed

WE LAST SPOKE TO OUR LAWYER BACK IN JULY AND ASKED ABOUT A NEW CONTRACT IN THE NAME OF NEW DEVELOPERS  AS ARENAL WERE NO LONGER  THE DEVELOPER

HE SAID WE SHOULD HAVE HAD ONE BY NOW  AND HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT  I WOULD PRESUME THIS IS SOMETHING HE SHOULD HAVE SORTED OUT WITHOUT US HAVING TO ASK  AS WE WOULD NEED TO SIGN NEW CONTRACT.   BEFORE THINGS WENT AHEAD.

WE ARE STILL AWAITING THE OUTCOME  FROM HIM . ARE ALL SPANISH LAWYERS  THIS SLOW OR DO WE HAVE  A  DOPE WORKING FOR US   . HAS ANYONE BEEN ISSUED NEW CONTRACT  .

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL ON THIS FORUM   WHO HAVE GIVEN THE TIME TO HELP MYSELF AND OTHERS AND WISH YOU ALL                        A HAPPY NEW YEAR                 HOPE WE WILL ALL MEET SOON
