Last time I visited HDA I just called in their office and found them very helpfull. Early days though I know, but I do feel a lot more at ease & more confident. AND................... I got my first 4 week renters yesterday from James Villas clients! :-) A VERY happy new year!

hi all and a happy new year to all. I´m not too sure what you mean with your quote "I know a franchisee for Resort Management have set up an office on site, but it seems they act for James Villas and Co-Op Travel - are these really the target audience for holidaymakers to a first class golf resort?! Have you been watching uk TV recently Only 3 holiday companies took prime slots over the festive period. James Villa, Co-oP and Thompsons. I have used James villas for 3 years as an international renter and they are top draw villas and only take on the higher class resorts and those who match up to UK health & Safety specs. So I´m not too sure on what you base your comments on??

Based on trying them out 1st, I am about to put my own appartment & Villa HDA through them as I see them exactly representing the type of people I would want in my property.  Hence an ideal target audience for my properties and i feel i am in safe hands.

P.S. I did notice though that you placed a link for your own www on your blog and for your own property(s)? Of course not wanting to suggest for a moment that people visit your www as an alternative to 2 international market leaders in holiday rentals. Happy days!

Hello.

As I do not have any direct input with any of the HDA management I cannot say what is planned. Its my guess they will say what thye have to say when the time is right. At least I am no longer worried. Are you an owner at HDA? Do you know something no one else knows? I´d be interested to know more from you?.

Did anyone attend the recent Founders Day golf w/e and the opening of the new golf club? (which looks fantastic by the way - well worth a revisit if only to see the club house). Talk at the evening dinner tables is the HDA have recieved an official letter from the European courts in Brussels upholding the fact that nothing is or will be allowed to fly over or near their developement and near by villages? What does this mean? I for one can stop worrying now about what will or will not happen and my Oasis Village and my phase 1 property properties wont be effected. Phew eh!

I was only trying to helpful and informative gang! I thought that this blog was all about that? As far as the rumour - I AM in the property business but NOT with HDA! In fact just the opposite - like you, i was smart and bought something I thought would grow. Any information I gather is meant in all goodwill......... I just have very good contacts and I am on site a lot together with other sites! So friends, lets not add to stupid rumours eh. Ask and I will answer! Truthfully!
