I stayed over for a weekend in Zeniamar mid Jan and had a break in whilst there. They were only after cash as they left stuff like passports etc, they also nicked some of my sons branded clothes.

Is this sort of break in a regular thing, has anybody else had experience of this?

I would like to know how often (or not) this happens or if it is a real problem as I am considering buying there.

I am interested in purcahsing off plan on Phase 10 of Zeniamar for rental and private use. Does anyone know of any renting agencies that they would recommend from the area. Also any tips and advice on maximising rental potential would be appreciated.
