Hi  we have purchased there off plan (4 yrs ago), and are now being persued to complete, however our understanding is that the site is NOT finished still after all this time and that the promised facilities are not there.

Have you completed? or are you intending to?

Is anyone else buying at Duquesa Hills resort?, we are now being pushed for completion, whilst he promised facilities are not finished.  We have heard that court action could take in excess of 2 years any advice??
