I have been trying to get the site office for a contact to visit my apt

I get number unobtainable when i use the no on the web site ie 00 34 952 93 778 and there is no email address either on the web site

Can anyone post the contact details to it asap please as they want to go on Monday next 14th May

Also I know Tracey has left so who are the contact people there now if anyone???

RE communication to and from AMMEX

 

I have read in their rules that all need to have a spanish contact address.If you are managing it your self you may not have this, I own a property in Alicante where all owners are communicated to by email and we all see each others emails nad we all get notices by emails from the Managing agents

What do people think of doing it that way as it will be quicker not cause confusion save postage by manging agents etc If agreed how do we get ammex to change their rules. Also an Ammex web site ( or our web site courtesy of eye on spain ) would also be a good way of everyone keeping in touch

Site off must have all our emails so cannot they provide it to Ammex

any thoughts?

Yes but we know all those qualities and facilities should be there and it will reflect in any re sales value

I for one bought as it had an indoor sports centre promised which i thought would really extend the renting season and be a plus

Now it looks like it will never happen

Ihave heard that we can sue up to 6 months after completion for items missing as a community but not sure if this is possible. Any knowledge about this?

Also if we sue MLH would they have money to pay us if we won

Also do not think bad publicity will help us all there Depressed !
