        I have to say that there are now over 65% completed, there are a few for sale and the split seems to be 50-50 Brits and Spanish lining here at the moment. There are some houses with no air con fitted but most have been done by Mirador, 
   As you say wibbleypants Mirador seen in a bad way, there head office in Venaz Malaga is now closed and we have is outstanding work on the site.
    We have water and gas but have a problem in getting the contracts for the electric, we have the paperwork but are not able to get a contract.
    Even with these problems we are the lucky people we have our property if Mirador go under the people that have not signed may loose everything as my solisitor tells me that the liquidators have to sell for the best price they can get for the propertys

      We bought a villa 4 weeks ago from Mirador on phase 1. Today we got an Email from them asking us to contact them asap to complete within the next 2 weeks.

I would just like to tell you that I had a meeting with Palmera Properties the other day.
They told me that the developers and all you nasty people who tell tails about them are causing them a lot of problems.
Because of all the untrue things you are saying about them. They say that there business is going down hill and things are very bad.
They told me they are one of the most honest and trustworthy estate agents in Spain and everyone as got it wrong .So will you please start sending them more of your hard earned cash and bring the good times back for them, as they must be on the bread line

                        I think you may be getting carried away about the swimming pool. I would like very much to buy a property on this development but from what I have found out on the grape vine the issues with the swimming pool is the least of your problems.

            1 The first is when will any of phases 1 be finished

            2  Then when will the remainder of this phase get finished?

            3 Are all the issues around the lack of garage for which you have clearly paid    for going to get resolved?

            4 Are the issues on a package that the builders say the want paying for going to be resolved?

            5 And last there is the issue were the builders require €9000 to transfer the contract over to a third party

            If you look at these 5 points the pool issue looks like it is a drop in the ocean 

  I can tell you that until all of these problems are sorted I would not even consider buying anything on this site
