Hi Stoneman,

How did you get on at court? Did Tecno turn up?.I would be really interested to hear what has happened to you.We were taking them to court but it was going to take too long so we went a different route to get our money back and lost out in the end about €1,500 which was lawyers fees etc. Our lawyer had told us that if we got to court,Tecno may not turn up or offer to settle on court steps without interest and we weren't gauranteed to get awarded costs. Private message me if you prefer not to comment on here.

There is a big debate on them at the mo on torrevieja.co.uk if you havent seen it take a look.As you will see on there I was involved too after buying in Oct 03.

Who did you buy through?Was it 1 of the British agents mentioned?

Don't know where you are based but I think Los Montesinos has festivities going on this week Unfortunately we miss them again this year as not allowed to take the kids out of school in England.

Hi Mike B,

We havent received the minutes yet but I spoke to Hugh about a week ago and he said he had just received them in Spain and that they would be getting sent to us in England within the month.

He said that they were hoping to arrange the insurance for the pool so hopefully it will be able to be used by end of July beginning of Aug. This may have been done by now but this was the last news I heard.
