We've had our apartment for 2 years now, but we haven't come across any of our Eye on Spain neighbours.  We are going out for 3 weeks shortly.  Will any of you be there from 20 September to 10 October?

Can anyone recommend a taxi service that will pick up people from Murcia Airport and take them to Vera Playa?  I have been quoted €120 each way by one person.  Does that seem reasonable?

Do you use a letting agent when renting out your apartment?  We have just bought one in Vera Playa and want to let it out.  We need to organise the cleaning, laundry etc.  Can you recommend someone?
