Hi,
In these times of limited budgets for holiday makers it is harder to attract bookings to our apartments. I have set up a Yahoo Group to act as a swap shop for bookings that you cannot fulfill but would like to pass on to other owners. In return you may receive bookings from other owners. It is just a private group set up by me and is not associated with the Calanova community. It is secure as far as your email address is not displayed. Contact for swaps is through a link in the group.

I agree with you. It would be nice if we could all benefit from the waterfall and kiddies pool and hopefully the roundel may become a focal point and meeting place.  Steve has done a great job, on our behalf ,of liaising with Pilar on all our issues. Perhaps this one needs to be ramped up a bit.

I am in Calanova this week and have spoken to Rachel from "The Constructors". She advises that no structural changes or deviations can be made from the approved design.

I expect that special permission can be sought but I do not know the procedure. Perhaps your abogados can help.
