I've just realised my last post was July 21 at which time we thought we were almost there!!!!   Oh dear how wrong can you be.  Each time we have a court date it gets postponed at last minute due to strikes or something else. Just becomes such a pain that I do try to not think about it and just hope one day for a surprise.

Hi Avron, only just got to read this as I seldom visit this forum now.  So pleased to read this though. We are also with Alonso and Haro and we feel far more optimistic than we did with Spanish solicitor that we paid such a lot of money to but just got nowhere.   The final court case should be September having been delayed several times due to the pandemic. We really had given up hope before we contacted them as we decided it wasn't worth wasting any more money but with their policy we thought it worth a try. So it's fingers crossed. I'm so very pleased for you, well done!!

Hi, We have just been sitting back and waiting to see how the situation of re-claiming funds from the bank is working out.  Having spent so much on this in solicitors and court fees to no avail we were reluctant to spend even more.

However we have today received a letter from Alonso and Haro Solicitors who are in the U.K. and Murcia. This has come completely out of the blue as we have not contacted them but they appear to know our situation.

Has anyone had any dealings with this Company??  They offer a no win no fee offer whereby they pay the amount in full on completion and just take the interest rate as their payment.

Any information on this company would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look in the previous thread - Trudge states that her husband is going to London to get NIE number so maybe if you private message they will be able to give information.
