Hi All,

I'm off to HDA this October too. 22nd to be exact.  I'm like you Andrew - excited one day, a trembling wreck the next. My gut feel is it will be alright - long term.

I've also bought on the Spanish Village and am very much looking forward to getting a good look. I'm in the construction industry, so will looking at it from a build perspective as well as an investment.

I've got a meeting set up with a letting agent and my lawyers to discuss  rentals and other options, etc.

I'll be happy to share my findings on here upon my return.

Ladies. You're not telling me anything I don't already know! i.e. you lot always get your own way in the end. Obviously, this is often a pleasant experience , and it's a small price to pay for a quiet life!!
