Hello everybody.  Are there any owners out there who are renting their properties out on a short let and holiday basis.  If so, could somebody tell me, whether it be agent or individual of anybody who does a cleaning/turnover and key holding, greeting service, and any feedback from any such people of the quality of service they have provided.  Any details on costs would be great too.

Are long term rentals covered with tenancy agreements like they are here in England because i have been told that they are not usually and that a tenant can basically stay there for as long as they like.  If they are, then are they like ours i.e, assured shorthold for 6 mths etc, and if not, then how do you go about evicting and getting your property back ??
