OK guys, lets look at the bigger picture here.  I guess all this talk about action groups against CG obviously follows DEBS C  posting on the previous thread.

Her posting states there is a decrease in solvency level and decrease in the opinion of credit.  This does not state that CG are in administration.  These statements are logical (in my opinion) for any company that has paid out probably in the region of 50 million euros into a project/new development.  Arent the risks going to be bigger?

The web address that was posted by Debs C also requires you to pay to find out if the company is in administration.  Did you pay for access Debs or are you just guessing and fearing the worst?

I think that if the developer was in administration we would all know about it by now. 

Anyone with anymore news, please let us know.

Oh and almost forgot, my agent told me the same (more or less) as john.

jordy, are you always this sarcastic? it seems that you cant help but 'have a go' at people all the time.

Firstly from what I understand, they only allow genuine purchasers to make site visits and secondly, would quite enjoy being a fly on the wall when ricman comes face to face with you.

The tape is Dragados tape (also the barrier belongs to Dragados). These are there for safety reasons to ensure the public cannot stray into areas where there is continued building work.

Genuine purchasers on the site share photos, this is probably why some photos that are the same appear in different places.  Also most photos are taken from the same vantage point on the roofs of the showhouses.

If you have visited the site in the last 6 months you would know who the tape belongs to and why it is there.

Hi Karen, welcome back,

I guess the question you're asking refers to the roads between the Esthers??  I had the same concerns a while back when I first saw the roads, they appear to be very narrow.  I asked the FV guys this question a while back and they told me that they had driven quite freely up these roads and managed to drive into one of the driveways and reverse back out again easily.  They also tried 'swinging their car round' and reversing in which wasnt a problem.  They have a fair sized car, a renault scenic i think, so not exactly a mini.

The photos can be a little misleading, it depends what lens was used.
