Hi

I completed on 15th May on a ground floor 2 bed, I couldn't get out myself to do snagging and couldn't ,depite my best efforts, get an independant - so at last minute reluctantly agreed to PW doing it!!!  I sent the POA form to PW and authorised  a representative from  Brace Oakley through whom I purchased the property  to go with them but when they turned up PW had been and gone. I was not happy and not optimistic! However they emailed me the snagging list which I forwarded to BO and they went round to check they hadn't missed anything a week later-  they hadn't missed anything and everything had been done. Just need power connecting now and I am away!! anyone else completed in May - be interested to know if you are conncected yet?

Hi

I am trying to get someone to do snagging for me and am not having any joy with Roy - I complete on La Torre next week on a 2 bed ground floor next week and cannot get out as my daughter is doing A levels and am single mum. I am about to complete on a 2 bed ground floor app. on Polaris La TORRE next week (15th) and am DESPERASTELY trying to get someone to do my snagging for me - my solicitor has POA and can "officially" appoint someone on my behalf, I really need it done Monday if Possible - can anyone help? I cannot get out at the moment as my daughter is in the middle of her A levels and its not a good time to leave her and she cant come with me for obvious reasons. Please let me know if you can help.

The Indian resteraunt just outside La Torre, on the edge of the industrial estate next to La Torre is FANTASTIC - you wouldn't beleive it from its situation but it is beautiful. I tried to talk them into doing deliveries to La Torre so if anyone visits please keep asking as it would be a great bonus for those balmy evenings when too much wine prevents you from driving!!!
