Can anyone recommend a reputable property management company in Rojales area - we have already had a dreadful experience and do not know where to find a reputable one.

We are also looking to rent and or sell the apartment.

WE referred the matter to our UK solicitor.  Ironically our Spanish solicitors who almost forced us to pay up the balance last August 12 months wrote to us this week to see if they were still acting for us or should they cosoe the file.  I could only laugh a their cheek - they never advised us about the bank guarantee etc etc.

 

We live in hope.

Hi

Does anyone know if Colinas de la Zenia Elite resort Fase 1 is finished yet - the builder is Desarrolla y technologica de centros Vacacionales SL - our  property is over three years overdue and we just received a bill for community charges for €300.  In August 2006 we refused to pay the outstanding 50% of the purchase price as we were aware that although the house was finished - the place was like a bombsite - no pools, grass, roads not to mention the wonderful gym, sauna, solarium which was supposed to be the reason it was the "elite resort".Hope someone can help me. The solicitors sent us photos of a beautiful site to prove it was finished - but apparently our end wasn't finished.

Thank you  - called them - same story - cannot get past the Spanish instructions - same on the Net.   I just need a number that will be answered by a human so that I can ask for someone who hopefully can speak English.
