Hi Arlene
You need to loosen the screw that's at the bottom right of the inside frame of the door. This drops the excluder from the middle of the door when you close it, you can hear it brushing the floor when it closes. Not sure how effective it is on it's own because I had already fitted one on each side of the door before I found this out!

 I saw the same guy the day I was leaving. It was around 10am and he looked high as a kite, just assumed he was getting home from a party!! Makes you wonder how he got on the site in the first place!!

Sorry I haven't replied before but just back from Condado. Been over for 10 days and for 6 of them it rained....heavily....all day.....I think I must take the bad weather with me! Depending on the dates (I'm heading back over to Spain in November to see if the weather has picked up any) I'm up for a night out. And don't worry, I'm single as well so we can prop the bar up
