Hi all,

i have at last decided to transfer my deposit from the failed jumilla project to the playa golf 1 complex on the coast.

as far as i am aware this one is all signed off with no problems, if anyone can tell me diffrent please can you let me know.

i to like you know some answers to the questions, however ask yourself this,

once the finance has been approved then as part of the finance package, comes the BGs and only then can the new contracts be offered.

this come from a very very reliable source who works in the valencian regional town hall, who i can share with you if you so want, but not sure if i should as you said below we do not want informers telling you things do we.

 a very strong reply but i read no supportive eveidence to any of this, so as i said all waffle.

ypu have no idea what my current situation is with my purchase but you seem to wish me luck ??? and if this so-called group is doing well why come on here saying this is what is needed instaed of saying this is what we are doing ???

so u can critisise others for forming groups, but are not prepared to let others join your group action if they are members of another group ????

i doubt u even got a group going, just fresh air waffle. at least some people put there money where there mouth is and made a go of doing somthing, whether u agree with it or not.

maybe when u start showing what u are doing in your group perhaps you will get the same amount of critisism that the SARC people have. however it seems like its going to be a secret squirrel group with invites only,

i would have thought the more people behind your campaign the better, so i would have thought you would on here trying to get more people to join.
