With you 100% on this......................
To all, this is not a bargaining tool to get our money back any sooner remember that, it's to have a roof above our heads now that San jose have up to 50% of our money. It was a chance we took to fund the purchase of our properties in Jumilla by selling up in the UK and coming here and paying a minimal amount for up-keep. that is why i compared what we paid in thee UK for our properties compared to here..............the fact it has gone t*ts up is now our issue and we fight to keep a roof as I say.
As an asset, well that is incorrect and the administrators will not pay out any quicker. In fact there are those who are owed money that could actually see us as a hinderence, our staying put means JG cannot sell the asset and therefore raise funds to pay out...........although in the grand scheme of things, I doubbt the sale of these apartmemnts will increase the coffers that much. But again, set everyones minds at rest, the Administrators will not and cannot pay out a creditor before any other (unless a Bank Guarantee in place and agreed). The sale of this property goes into the pot and all here will receive a pay out at the same time as everyone else...whenever that might happen, so for now, we're staying put until as james said in the opening of this topic, San Jose do what was promised and negotiate with all here instead of just trying to muscle us out
