I havent been on EOS for a while but the Dog issue seems to be getting worse. Its a pity that we cant ban all dogs from the community, as they are a pain and cause noise and frequent messing up of the communal areas. My son also has a fear bordering on a phobia of dogs, so if one comes near him i will be looking to drop-kick it as far as i can!

To compound matters we are in bloody Block 8.

I am over at the end of May for a week with my family and if i hear dog noise i will be in the owners face very quickly. We need to stamp on this and get 5 denouncia so they can be disposed of.

I bought on this development because i thought it was going to be a quiet, non-intrusive get away from all hassle.

Apparently not.

I agree, the debtors list needs to be cleansed properly of owners who have paid and are being unfairly viewed by fellow owners. THEN the proper list of debtors does need to be chased into paying or face legal action.

It doesnt appear to me that AEA/RyF have either the will or capability to do this efficiently.

Hi, a few items for the agenda:

1. The area over the wall by the basuras at the bottome of the site apprears to be a dumping ground for garden waste and numerous black bags - Why? Also is the wall going to be continued to the paddle courts at some point?

2. The new pathway by the bottom pool is poorly laid and cracked, can this be redone?

3. Paint touch ups / unoccuppied flower beds with weeds - looks unsightly

4. Lifts are reguarly not working - it was every other day when i was there this week and last

5. Sunbeds, stricter policy on people reserving them - a delivery of beds has helped but its still not great

6. Non owners/renters playing paddle tennis - happened several times i suspect when i was there, they are probably friends of the security guards

7. Security - when i was there, the barrier was always up and no one was stopped that i saw

8. Road up to DV - any news on if this is going to be tarmaced?

This is the type of "package holiday" mentality that we were trying get away from when we bought in DV.

If i wanted to scrap over a sunbed at 7.30 in the morning with a brit, spanish or german i would have gone to Torremolinos, Fuengirola or Benalmadena.

However, as the site fills up we need more sunbeds, that is obvious to all and when i was there last, there clearly wasnt enough.

I may have to consider buying my own sunbeds to take down to the pool if this chavish practice continues.

Glad to hear that the site is looking more finished off and I look forward to being there on the 12th Aug!

I am a bit disappointed however that the top of the site is not having an electric gate, but a barrier.

Am i right thinking that some of the other developments locally have more impressive and secure gates?

It might put off some of the local freeloaders that use our facilities.
