You do know that Torrevisa are the builders for the site?

They have an office in Torrevieja but I dont know if it is open at the moment.

Does anyone have Freeview or it's equivalent installed on DH2?

Are the systems available in Spain as they are in the Uk - that is, can I buy one from Carrefour etc?

Any indication of wether it is any good, what channels are available etc would be gladly received.

If you manage to get out there before completion visit the show house with your details and they should give you a key for your property.

This happened for us and we were able to notify the show house of some snags - some of which were remedied before completion.

This also gave us an opportunity to measure up and get a feel for the place etc.

Once you complete you only have a short space of time to notify any problems.

Luckily we didn't seem to have any major snags just a number of 'smaller' issues - as already stated by others, we did most of them ourselves but things like broken tiles etc were dealt with quite quickly.

Sounds like things are moving on quickly for alot of people - good luck, completion ain't all that bad - it even gets better with the passing of time.

I'm going out this weekend and can't wait.

Ryanair seem to be doing some good prices for flights.

Any one need somewhere to stay whilst completing ?

My place could be available.

I didn't use a company to do the snagging for me, not that there was lots of snagging.

It seems to me that the response from the builder is what matters, if they don't respond what clout is a snagging company going to have?

Guess you have to make your own mind up with the info you get from others and any detail from the company.

Hopefully there won't be too much snagging anyway.
