HI all.. its true that banco andalucia has merged and are now called grupo popular and there is a new iban and swift code.. new iban code is ** EDITED - Bank details **.. luckily i was in my flat in coto real when i overheard someone saying that banco details have changed and next morning i went down to bank as i had to go in anyway to pay my ibi tax and thats when i asked and got the new number and swift code all the rest ie acc number etc is same and asked if there gona change the cheque books also,, the lady at the bank replied yes eventually all chequw books will be replaced in duw course but until then u can use ur exisiting cheque book if need to as normal..

Hi paul regarding furniture have alook on site www.imperialspain.com their an english speaking company but are bit on the expensive side but there furniture is good quality and u can mix and match..also the developers recommended furnishing company which is based in laduqesa itself are also good and resonable priced, but with this euro now i guess it wont make life any easier..

hi all has anyone has any news or information on the road works from highway leading up to coto real. would be intresting to know if that is completed and how it looks as i have not managed to get to coto real for a while, will be going in may. if anyone been recently plz let me know the outcome of the road. many thanks.

can anyone please reccomend me a reliable trustworthy local solicitor/abogado in laduquesa/manilva area as my current solicitors are based in marbella, its a bit of a JOURNEY to go there everytime when i need to see them and i find them far too expensive.. plz if anyone can recocment a good solicitor locally and who is not over expensive that would be a great help. thanks. as were going to laduquesa next month i will change my solicitor to a local one.. will be in coto real for a month from 21 july.

Hi all.. hope everyone is in good spirit.. just returned from laduquesa today had a good time. just to update on rest of the residents in coto real.. the sorroundings look good but seem very quite hardly many peoples there in khios and samos and the pool was deserted last week im sure it will get bit more lively around july time.. most of the developement is complete but got told that there waiting for the habitacion licence for phase 2. also noticed yesterdat there doing some kind of work just aftre the entrance seemed like a barrier to me but not sure..the road is still in a mess and i did not see much activity on there will defo be good 2 years i think when that is complete..i had a walk round to the top lookslike there is gona be more work starting right on top opposite samos complex not sure what thats going to be one of the residents said it might be a mini apart hotel. also while i was there got some news that the wealth tax in spain might be abolished.. if anyone else has any info on this please share it wiht us. thanks.
