I was under the impresssion that if you had three mortgage refusals on a property you were able to get your deposit repaid, Perhaps someone else will confirm this?

Hi Carlos,

Forgive me if I am wrong.

It was my understanding that the the very early phase'purchasers' could put their property up for sale before completing unlike our contracts in phase 3.

So are you absolutely certain that those 10% are all completers,

Thank you, we were the same regarding the decision. Nice to read a straight forward post without the contents trying to push for others for completion or non completion.

Both my husband and I play golf so hope to meet up when we eventually have some time.

Hi simongolf,

We swapped from phase 3 in march and are very happy with the appartment we now have. Our only problem is that we completed in June but just have not had any time so far to come out to Corvera.

I was just  being curious.
