Hi,

 

Long time since I posted but it`s good to see the forum is still active!

 

Has anyone any information regarding solar panel or domestic wind turbines, it just occurs to me we have sun and we have wind in SJ so self generating heat and electric would seem to be a good idea....or am I missing the point here.

We went out with Lavinia & David last night and it was really interesting going over all the hassles involved with the purchase, licences etc and how we even considered pulling out, everyone agreed that it was all worth it given how great the place is now...and it just gets better each time we visit.

You can always come over to our house, I do a real mean vindaloo!!

 

I went to the one on the coast road by Vera, it`s  Punjabi style and was very good, but not sure if it`s still going. When I get withdrawal symptoms the Chinese restaurant in SJ serve a good curry!

It seems as if the new airport at Corvera is still on hold with `military issues` apparently causing a problem, has anyone heard anything new on this?
