Just back from a holiday... and time to do some serious chasing!

I am in the process of arranging 'Power of Attorney' for my lawyer in Spain. I have a UK lawyer who will be doing part of it - but I then need to send the document off to have something else done to it - with the Hague Apostille (whatever that is).  Anyone else done this and can tell me what it involves?

Hi all

I appear to have lost c£60k plus costs with OVP - and also agreed to move to Morocco in the hope of recovering my money.  I've been using Maria de Castro to try and recover this for me - although I'm told my money has been traced leaving OVP, Sungolf are not talking - and as of today, Maria has advised me that the next course of action is to start an additional criminal action ( together with the civil one for cancellation) against the administrator of SUNGOLF DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO AND UNICO INTERNATIONAL.

The last comments on her email are " We would appreciate any information you may considered useful and please, feel free to forward this information to any person who might be interested on adding his claim to this one we are preparing."

Anyone want any info, please PM me.

Guys

I know everyone has a different story - but I've got confirmation that Sungolf/unico (through my Spanish solicitor) has my money - so for me, OVP are no longer relevant (other than being incompentant idiots)

Intersting about the FSA.  I want to pursue a complaint against my IFA at the time - who is seems had directors linked with OVP.... but that is another story.
