We bought an apartment on Hacienda Riquelme, Polaris World on promise of a clubhouse, bars, restaurants, shops, a bank, healthcare facilities etc.
They have only built the apartments and golf course, which although very nice do not warrant the prices we paid without all the other facilities they lied about and have failed. to deliver.
Does anyone know any lawyers that have successfully sued a builder for mis-selling through gross misrepresentationin this way?
Any information gratefully recieved

Take a look at the PW website. You will see a list of the fantastic facilities that we all share on HR. I have cut and pasted the wording from rhe HR Services page below
PW still seriously misrepresent and lie in order to get sales.

Thanks for the info. We are moving out to Spain (Cabo Roig) permanently, probably mid October shortly and are looking at options re cars.
We are still not sure what size car we need but will probably want a hatchback so may be in touch when we get to Spain
