Someone a good few months ago put  a thread on where the nearest horse riding school or facilities are to condado, can any one give me any information on this.

We are going over the last two weeks in august and are also in Jardin 9, have a look on F&C carhire we have looked and currently £275 for two weeks for a medium size car, not sure what they are like someone else put this website on a previous post.

Hi Ruth

We met with our solicitor back in February she explained you have to pay annual coucil tax which we have just paid at 77 .98 euros.

Income tax on renting if you rent they can check this by your electric & water meters as they are tapped into them this tax is at 24%.

You have to pay an annual income tax which we have just had ours for 214 euros for 2008 considering we completed at the end of July last year and only really moved in and started to use electric from October  I think it is steep. (we are not resident)

You also pay a fee to your solicitor to notify you when these taxes are due as I believe the spanish are very good at not letting you know these things and you could end up with an heavy fine.

If anyone has any further information or I have advised wrong please correct me.
