Very informative and interesting show today thanks Justin.
It does explain why some sellers are loathe to discount their properties even further in such desperate times for people trying to sell.
Well done with the shows.

Thanks for a very interesting interview. My wife and I greatly appreciate what you are doing at eyeonspain, and we, retired US teachers, would appreciate information regarding long-term rentals (i.e., up to 12 months) of furnished homes having at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located not very far inland, convenient to shops, etc.... all this for under USD 1,500.00 per month. Can you help?

Good to be able to get confirmation on what has been reported on various websites about prices in Spain. Looking forward to other topics being covered.

Very informative. Following in the real estate theme, I'd like to see a show where you interview someone who has done an own-build project and been involved in searching for land, obtaining permissions, hiring builders, getting water and electricity connected, etc.

Hi Cliff,
Have you had a look at the long term rentals on eyeonspain? Here´s the link:
http://www.eyeonspain.com/rental-property-spain-long.aspx
We are renting a 3 bed 2 bathroom townhouse house in Manilva village, a couple of km inland on the Costa del Sol and that is only costing 550 euros per month. I think that´s about $700.

Justin - I didn't like the new screen when watching the webisode - you can't tell how long the webisode is, and you can't pause it to answer the phone etc... can you please put the controls back on? Thanks!

I find the new screen is better than the old. It kept 'buffering'(??) and the picture kept freezing and it was too difficult to watch. No such problems (yet) with the new setup.
Interesting programme too!!

Scotty, we had a problem with the usual video host. With this video you have to hover over the video to see the controls.

Andrew was very informative and seemed very honest, other estate agents should take a leaf out of his book!!
