Your Property on the Web - Simple!

The internet is used for absolutely everything these days. From banking and shopping to booking holidays, making phone calls and dating. You can even get measured up for a suit on the internet which is then delivered in a neat little package right to your doorstep, very handy indeed!

The world has harnessed the massive exposure that the internet possesses and used it to create many successful businesses and services.

This huge advertising potential can be applied to pretty much anything, including privately advertising your property for sale.

Now, there are many ways of advertising a property. There are magazines which are specifically designed for this kind of thing, there are also websites which will allow you to advertise a property but you will usually be charged a monthly fee and it’s not cheap! You can also advertise with an agent who will inevitably display your property along with thousands of others on their website, which works for some but I tend to feel like I’m looking for a needle in a haystack with some of these big websites.

This got me thinking. Even though agents do take care of a certain amount of the dirty work (showing the property etc) they more than get their money’s worth. So why not invest in a website which is dedicated to your property and your property alone? The site can include anything you want, such as photos, contact details, full specifications abd property details, area information, etc. It’s an excellent opportunity to save on costs and can be set up in a matter of days. You decide how you would like to present your property, you pay a low, one-off setup fee then sit back and let the website do the work.

Once the site is finished, there are many ways of driving the right kind of traffic to it. For example, you could post a message on a popular property forum and include a link to your website so anyone who reads your post can click through to your site. Or you could include the website address in any hard copy advertising you may wish to use. You can add it to your own email signature, post it up at work, in your local newspaper, in fact the possibilities are endless.

The website itself should contain a data capture form so that anyone who is interested in your property may answer a few simple questions and their details are sent directly to your inbox. Alternatively, you can display all of your contact details so that you can be contacted directly. It’s completely up to you.

Here at Silver Cell Internet Services (an Eye on Spain approved company), we can provide a 5-page website package for just £249 (€368 EUR) which includes a year’s hosting and a domain name of your choice (for example, www.myproperty.com). However, for Eye on Spain members we are happy to offer this complete website package to the first 20 at a special reduced rate of £199 (€295). Just quote “Eye on Spain” when contacting us to claim your discount.

If you are interested in a dedicated website to sell your property, why not give us a call or click here to visit our website and fill in our online contact form and we’ll get right back to you.

I like "Playing with Matches" best as it stands. The cealdns look tense, but like they're going to rush in and attack, not like they're scared of fire. The blue one's got that spy thing going on, and the yellow one looks like it's reporting coordinates. =)Lovely, again.8/10/2013 2:39:54 AMEsmee
