Description

Casa Jeanne is a spacious 3 bedroom detached villa with a private pool and fully enclosed south-west facing garden which gets the warm Canarian sunshine from morning to evening! Ideal for families, the villa is on one level, with the garden finished in non-slip artificial grass which provides a soft and safe environment for children. There is also peace of mind for parents with young children with the optional Pool Safety Fence and gate to prevent them from getting to the pool unaccompanied.
Facilities provided free of charge for families with children, babies and/or toddlers:-* Pool Safety Fence to prevent unaccompanied children from getting to the water - invaluable peace of mind for parents and removable if not required, travel cot and sheets* highchair* buggy* baby bouncing chair* baby changing mat* baby monitor* bath toys* * Golf putting (putters & balls supplied). Internet access is available in the villa (pay as you go).
The villa has a private garden which is South-West facing (so sun all day)! There is a sun terrace with table, chairs, parasol and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining, with the rest of the garden finished with soft artificial grass, providing a non-slip surface around the private swimming pool. There is also a fabulous golf putting green down one side of the garden, complete with flag, putters and balls providing hours of entertainment!

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and full oven. There is also a washing machine in the outside utility area.

The lounge has a tv with satellite channels (some in English), a DVD player and a Playstation 2 (own games required), plenty of family games and also a selection of books and DVDs - everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The owner even provides extras to help you reduce your baggage (e.g beach towels and hairdryer).

The villa is located within walking distance of an excellent supermarket – ideal for stocking up on essentials as you arrive, but if you have a later flight, a welcome pack can be arranged. Also within walking distance (about 10 mins) is a small Spanish restaurant which serves a variety of international cuisine. There is an Italian café beside Casa Pablo.
Although in a quiet and peaceful area, it is only a 5 minute drive to the fabulous beaches and the main street of Corralejo. Also El Cotillo, with its great beaches and restaurants is only a short drive away.

While it is not strictly necessary to hire a car, if you want the freedom to make regular trips to the fantastic beaches on the island, or into Corralejo (approx. 3km) in the evenings, I would recommend car hire. It also works out to be more cost-effective than a taxi from and to the airport (a small car such as an Astra can be booked online for pickup at the airport for around £100 per week; rates may be higher during peak seasons).
If that’s not for you, there is an hourly bus service to Corralejo from the supermarket, or a taxi to Corralejo costs about 9 euro.
