A three-story duplex townhouse in the beautiful area of Cabo Roig strip, Orihuela Costa coastline, Spain. The duplex is situated on the second line of the sea front and within 200 meters to the gorgeous Cabo roig promenade, shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, and a small medical center. Car is not necessary.

The property has a front private garden, private patio and two terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors. It's furnished with air condition, fens, WiFi and IPTV with international TV channels (e.g. UK, Scandinavian, Belgium, Germany, Russia....). The spacious cosy living room with an open fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cafe machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen towels. Additional amentities include BBQ, washing machine, hairdryer, iron & board, bed linen, bath towels, sun loungers, garden table and chairs.
On the ground floor there are: living room with a sofa bed, bathroom with douche, open kitchen with access to the patio, air condition for both cooling and heating. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both bedrooms have double bed, a bathroom with bath tube and shower, and a terrace to the east. On the 2nd floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 3 single beds, with access to a spacious roof terrace/ solarium from where you can view the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes, fens and air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The urbanization is situated in a gated community. It has a shared swimming pool with shady and green relax areas and free parking area.
The cabo roig strip area features supermarkets, restaurants, bars, medical center and promenade with spectacular views on the Mediterranean coast. Blue flag beaches are within 10 minutes walking distance. The sea and the promenade is 200 meters from the complex.
Alicante airport is about 50km and the Murcia airport is about 25 km from the urbanization.
Airport transportation can be arranged upon request.

The price for long-term rental in May, June and September is 800€/ months. Price in July and August is 750€/week. No long- term rental in July and August. However, Long-term rental up to a year or longer can be discussed.

Refundable 300€ damage deposit is required for short term renting (500€ for long-term) at the time of booking (this is refunded within 15 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified). A final cleaning fee of 65€ is required for short term rental or up to 4 occupancy, and 80€ is required for rental longer than 3 weeks or more than 4 occupancies.

Short term rental means less than 3 weeks. Long-term rental means minimal 2 months.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa Blanca South (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to AP7 motorway and N332 national way making it easy access to Alicante/ Murcia airport. The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks that stretch from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig strip. Torrevieja is only 10min drive with its water parks, beaches, Salt Lake and shoppings. The University Hospital of Torrevieja is about 7 km where English is widely understood. Eliche is 35 km away with it's lovely safari park for kids. Also in the area are golf resorts within a few minutes drive, Go karts, roof top Mini Golf, bowling, casino and a few markets: Cabo Roig strip (Thursday), Torrevieja (Friday), Playa Flamenca (Saturday). The famous La Manga Club Resort is just 40 min drive. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horarada and many others, each of which has its own beaches.
