This Stunning 2 Bedroom First Floor Apartment is Located in the lovely Spanish Town of San Miguel de Salinas

This modern style apartment is new to the rental market.

It is a beautiful, well decorated, well maintained two bedrooms and one bathroom property.

It is a spacious 1st floor apartment, with spacious kitchen-diner, lounge and large bathroom/shower.

It also has a double-terrace overlooking the countryside which includes citrus and almond groves.

The national park of the Sierra Escalona is right on the doorstep. Looking out from the balcony/terrace there are also views of the salt lakes to your right, as well as mountain views.

The communal pool is at the front of the apartment on the ground floor. There is also a municipal pool located within a short distance from the apartment. (This is only open in the summer months).

The accommodation also has air-conditioning, (Hot and Cold) in the lounge area with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

The Town;

The town of San Miguel de Salinas has a great variety of bars and restaurants, which cater for both Spanish and international clientele, almost 30 are located in the town centre alone.

In addition, there are supermarkets, banks, health centre, town hall, tourism centre, shops, not forgetting the beautiful 17 the century church in the town square, all of these facilities are within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Beaches

There are many beaches which are within driving distance from San Miguel de Salinas. There is La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenco Beach and Playa Del Cura Beach, all within a 10 to 20 minute drive.

Or if you prefer you can travel by bus from San Miguel de Salinas to Torrevieja to visit its beaches.

Villamartin is also close to San Miguel de Salinas a five minute drive away, with lots of bars, and restaurants, and for those who like to shop, there´s la Zenia Boulevard which is one of the largest
Shopping centres in Spain.

There are also many golf courses to access, Vista Bella golf, is 10 minutes by car from apartment, Campo Golf is some 12 minute´s drive away and Las Colinas Golf and Country Club 18 minutes by car.
