Pools that are open will conform to All applicable local regulations. *{& may be subject to certain conditions of use}, & certain situations may be beyond my control & will obviously apply to all Spanish rentals. Updates will be available at time of enquiry.

•••*On My Back Terrace, the Grill/ Oven facility & on the ••*Front Terrace, The Table & Parasol will not be available, as are seen in any videos or Photos.. ** NB.. All other Garden Furniture.. Table, Chairs, Sun Loungers & Parasol will be available as seen.
A small portable table & chairs etc, can be taken to the front terrace.

**Special Covid 19 Cleaning Protocol is in operation. (Spanish Government’s Guideline with Provision of Surface & Cleaning before / between lets. LAUNDRY IS WASHED at the required temperature & ALL SURFACES & AREAS CLEANED with Government approved Sanitising agents. Please Rest Assured that your families’ “Health & Well-being” is my top priority during your stay.

With Only an 8 Minutes walk (One Minute by car) brings you to the nearest beach, with the nearest mini supermarket & restaurant only 5 minutes walk. Less than a minutes walk is a glorious split level pool & *Bar/ *Restaurant, & at the heart of the complex of Costa Galera is the stunning *{{Albayt Country Club*. This is the Jewel in the Crown of the development which offers a range of services including a State of Art Spa, Golf- practice course & Putting green & driving range, Restaurant, Bar, Library, Reading room, Reception and fully equipped Gym. Aerobics classes & Beauty therapy treatments are available. Also available to be pampered in the indoor heated Swimming pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna and various treatment showers with hot & cold jets, essential oils, hydraulic beds for massage, Jacuzzi, Massage beds etc.The Albayt country club offer various membership packages for use on a day or weekly pass.}}**

The Apartment is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa, both only about 6 minutes drive away. Also is San Luis de Sabinillas (otherwise Sabinillas) 4 minutes drive, a typical & charming fishing village with an expansive sandy beach. It has all the usual shops, bars & restaurants having moved into the 21st century without losing it pueblo charm. The nearest beach is a short walk or less than one minutes drive or only 3 minutes to several other beaches, a bit further along. Cosmopolitan "Marbella" and the dazzling Puerto Banus (both great for shopping), is where you will mix with the Jet set and possibly see familiar faces, just 20 minutes by car. The well known resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos are easily reached by car & bus. Malaga & Airport *(with 8 Airlines flying in from UK & Ireland) is only 50 minutes drive & well worth a visit. Alternative Airports are Gibraltar (30) Jerez (75). Gibraltar (British of course) has the famous rock which can be seen on a clear day from the local beach, has many attractions as well as the Apes and Dolphin boat tours. You can take the fast ferry (45 minutes) to Morocco from Algeciras or Tarifa being a 40 minute drive from the apartment, or visit Tarifa (the closest point to N. Africa - 14 Km. and great for windsurfing and only a 1 hour drive away). There are 8 Golf courses in the region, with the nearest being Estepona & Duquesa at only a 6 or 7 minutes drive. A special arrangement is available to receive up to 10% Discount on all published rates at our local Golf Club for my guests.

Also within a 15 minutes drive there is the famous Valderama Golf Club and the lovely old village of Casares, one of many whitewashed Villages. There are so many places to visit within an easy days drive & return:- Granada, Ronda, Seville, Cadiz & many more.

All Guests will receive prior to arrival a full information pack with my management company’s details, printed maps & instructions; & also 2 short YouTube Videos sent to your smartphone of the detailed real-time route from the AP7 Motorway exit Direct to my Front Door. The perfect non stress start to your holiday.

There are 2 Bedrooms - One Double Bed in one and 2 Single beds in the 2nd, which can be moved together to make a King double bed. Both Bedrooms are furnished to very high standard with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage & hangers. The master bedroom has double French windows opening onto a private terrace / garden. Pillows and "Individual"Low Tog Duvets & Duvet covers are provided. All Bed Linen is 100% Egyptian Cotton with one single duvet per each person provided.

Bathroom No. 1. is En-suite to master bedroom with Bath/ Shower (with glass shower panel, Toilet, Bidet, wash basin. Bathroom No. 2. is adjacent to Twin bedroom with Shower unit (enclosed glass unit), Washbasin, Toilet and Bidet. A Bath and a Hand Towel and Pool Towel is provided per person per stay. Two bath mats included.

The Kitchen - which is open plan to the Lounge/ dining area, provides the highest quality equipment.
A selection of equipment is available to use indoors & some on the terrace. Ceramic 4 Hobs, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Large Fridge with separate 3 drawer Freezer, Juicer, Slow cooker, Coffee Percolator, Dish washer, Washing machine and a **small Oven/ Grill to use outside on the terrace**. (July - October only)- ••**{Unfortunately NOT available during / due to the Covid situation**

An extremely large open plan lounge / kitchen area which looks and opens out onto a large private terrace/ garden. Access to the terrace is via the double French doors. Enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views whilst either sunbathing on loungers or eating al-fresco. A large table with 6/8 seats is on the {Wooden Decking enabling all same level, safer for younger children} Terrace with an **outside oven/ grill on a cooking station.

A Separate comfortable indoor Dining area has a very large table & 6 chairs. •High chair / •Cot is available on request (in advance)
**Television Via an IPTV (Wifi) system, Internet / Wi-Fi Calling is included at all times. .. DVD Player with a DVD library choice of selection of over 100 Titles. Radio/ Cassette/ CD player/ ~ The IPTV Box offers all English Freeview channels & connected on request for a small additional connection fee.
*All inxclusive self drive Car Rental with up to *10% Discount ~ please ask for the direct link to the rental company.
GOLFERS can also enjoy up to 10% Discount on all published rates at our local Golf Club, 5 minutes drive. Please Enquire if you require other information, I always respond within the hour.

After receiving full payment, information is emailed with details of Maps, Route Instructions & contact details for my representative who will meet & Greet you on arrival (between 16:00 - **23:00) Peak times. (All other seasons arrive from 10:00)
2 REAL TIME VIDEOS of the route from motorway exit to my front door will be sent to your smart device to make your arrival easier.

Payments are accepted by Bank Transfer in both Euros & Sterling & are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

My Apartment is Licensed for Touristic Lettings in Andalusia (ID:-VFT/MA/09492) & has full Holiday Rental Insurance.
Under Spain’s Holiday Rental Laws, I am required to hold a signed Contract of Rental & European GDPR copy in my possession in case of possible inspection. If you do not agree to these conditions, I regrettably am not permitted by law to rent out my apartment.

This property can also be found on all the major Rental Agency platforms, & will be advertised at a more expensive Rate with “instant Booking” facility. Booking Direct with me on this platform will save up to 20% on Agency Fees. An Immediate Reservation Fee of 33.3% is required to Block any requested period.!. Confirmation of any Reservations are NOT possible until funds are cleared or if a notification of bank payment is sent as evidence.
The Refundable Security Deposit must be received not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately with full payment for Bookings made with less than 2 weeks notice.
