This is the Jewel in the Crown of the development which offers a range of services including a State of Art Spa, Golf-3 hole practice course & Putting green & driving range, Restaurant, Bar, Library, Reading room, Reception and fully equipped Gym. Aerobics classes & Beauty therapy treatments are available. Also available to be pampered in the indoor heated Swimming pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna and various treatment showers with hot & cold jets, essential oils, hydraulic beds for massage, Jacuzzi, Massage beds etc.. The Albayt resort country club offer various membership packages for use on a day or weekly pass.

The Apartment is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa, both only about 7 minutes drive away. Also is San Luis de Sabinillas (otherwise Sabinillas) 4 minutes drive, a typical & charming fishing village with an expansive sandy beach. It has all the usual shops, bars & restaurants having moved into the 21st century without losing it pueblo charm. The nearest beach is a short walk or less than one minutes drive or only 3 minutes to the next, a bit further along. Cosmopolitan "Marbella" and the dazzling Puerto Banus (both great for shopping), where you will mix with the Jet set and possibly see familiar faces, & just 20 minutes by car. The well known resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos are easy reach by car & bus .Malaga & Airport *(with 8 Airlines flying in from UK & Ireland) is only 50 minutes drive & well worth a visit. Alternative Airports are Gibraltar (30) Jerez (75) Minutes. Gibraltar (British of course) has the famous rock which can be seen on a clear day from the local beach, has many attractions as well as the Apes and Dolphin boat tours. You can take the fast ferry (45 minutes) to Morocco from Algeciras being a 40 minute drive from the apartment, or visit Tarifa (the closest point to N. Africa - 14 Km. and great for windsurfing and only a 1 hour drive away). There are 8 Golf courses in the region, with the nearest being Estepona & Duquesa at only a 6 or 7 minutes drive. Also within a 15 minutes drive there is the famous Valderama and the lovely old village of Casares, one of many whitewashed. There are 2 Large Bedrooms - One Double Bed in one and 2 Single beds in the 2nd, which can be moved together to make a King double bed. Both Bedrooms are furnished to very high standard with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has double French windows opening onto a private terrace / garden. Pillows and "Individual"Low Tog Duvets & Duvet covers are provided.

Bathroom No. 1. is En-suite to master bedroom with Bath/ Shower (with glass shower panel, Toilet, Bidet, wash basin. Bathroom No. 2. is adjacent to Twin bedroom with Shower unit (enclosed glass unit), Washbasin, Toilet and Bidet A Bath and Hand and Pool Towel is provided per person per week**, and changed **weekly. Two bath mats included.

The Kitchen - which is open plan to the Lounge/ dining area, provides the highest quality equipment.
A selection of equipment is available to use indoors & some on the terrace. Ceramic 4 Hobs, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Large Fridge with separate 3 drawer Freezer, Juicer, Slow cooker, Coffee Percolator, Dish washer, Washing machine and a small Oven/ Grill to use outside on the terrace. (July - October only)

An extremely large open plan lounge / kitchen area which looks and opens out onto a large private terrace/ garden. Access to the terrace is via the double French doors. Enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views whilst either sunbathing on loungers or eating al-fresco. A large table with 6/8 seats is on the terrace with an outside oven/ grill on a cooking station.

A Separate comfortable indoor Dining area has a very large table & 6 chairs. High chair & cot are available on request (in advance)
