1 Week - 3 Month Holiday Rental:

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated 2 mins walk from the sea at Punta Prima. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop.

The property is located in a luxury gated complex with 3 swimming pools, 1 which is heated in the winter. The complex has been laid to grass with pathways, water features, trees and flowers.

The property has views to two of the communal pools and also has a view to the sea.

The property comprises kitchen, living room/dining room, balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one of which is the double bedroom en-suite).

The property is situated on the 2nd floor so has great views of the pool and sea. Access to the apartment is via lift or stairs. The property has an intercom at the main gate to allow visitors into the complex.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, stainless steel sink, cutlery, cooking utensils.

The living/dining room has a wooden dining table and 4 dining chairs, sideboard with crockery, sofa, chair, wall unit, glass coffee table, 32' flat screen LG television (there are a few channels that can be changed to English language where original English programmes are shown). DVD player.

Leading off of the living room you have the balcony with patio table, 4 patio chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, bedside lamps. En-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, large mirror which has been built into the tiling, toilet and sink.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, a bedside cabinet, 2 bedside lamps, uplighters, patio doors out to the balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, large mirror incorporated into the tiling and sink.

Parking on the street around the complex.

The complex has 3 pools for your use.

The communal area has been landscaped with grass, trees, plants and flowers and the occasional water fountain.

There is an information pack of things to do in the area, restaurants etc.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

No-smoking in the property (including the use of e-cigarettes/vapers), smoking permitted outside. No pets. No teenage groups.

Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Punta Marina Commercial centre less than 5 mins walk with Consum supermarket, Asia Wok Buffet restaurant (eat as much as you like), Captain's Table restaurant (fish and chips, Sunday roasts and breakfasts), Dave's family bar, Chinese restaurant Yu, La Piazza II (excellent value lunchtime menu del dis (menu of the day)), Money Exchange (Eurochange), Timeless Fashions (English clothes shop), shoe shops, Milars electrical shop, Druni cosmetics shop, hairdressers, pharmacy, The Card place - newspaper/card shop which also has internet and a cash point machine, petrol station, McDonald's.

Los Olas restaurant is a 2 min walk (opposite La Entrada), breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. There is a also a small shop and newsagents a few doors from the Los Olas restaurant.

Punta Prima beach approximately 2 mins walk, with the Nautilus restaurant, also beach bars during the summer.

The larger beach area of Punta Prima is about 10 mins walk with Restaurante Punta Prima.

On the N332 you have several restaurants; Puccini Italian (excellent restaurant several guests have eaten here and gone back again during their stay), German, Ghandi Indian restaurant, N332 restaurant, 2 Chinese restaurants (including Dinastia) and several bars. Several banks with cash point machines.

Carrefour supermarket, approximately approximately 10 mins walk.

Go-karting and mini golf are about 10-15 mins walk.


Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. You can walk to Torrevieja, with some nice bars (for that cup of coffee!) along the way! it takes about 30 mins along the coast. About half way there is the sandy beach of Los Naufragos. There is a bus service with buses going hourly that will take you into Torrevieja (bus stop about 2 mins walk from La Entrada - just past Los Olas restaurant).

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

There are several beaches all within a 10 minute drive of the property; Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mil Palmeras, La Mata.

Located at La Zenia (less than 5 mins drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante.
