This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located in the gated complex at Residencial La Cinuelica, R14 Los Altos.

There is a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 bedrooms, enclosed balcony, bathroom, garden laid to patio, roof solarium, air conditioning throughout and communal pool.

Through the gate there is a tiled patio where you can use the sun loungers to sunbathe and a larger than average raised porch area ideal for al fresco dining.

The living/dining room has 2 sofas, sideboard, wooden coffee table, freestanding lamp, table lamp, large flat screen television with English TV channels and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), pictures, cushions, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Wi-Fi is available if required at a small additional cost.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria area which is enclosed.

There is a downstairs toilet with sink and mirror.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, pictures, 2 bedside lamps, long length mirror.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, picture and mirror. There are patio doors that lead out onto the enclosed balcony with table and 2 chairs.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium ideal for sunbathing.

The property also has a 2 clothes airers, parasol, iron and ironing board.

The property has the use of a communal pool and gardens which is located close to the property.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

No smoking in the property. No pets. Smoking only permitted on the patio area in front of the property.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking is available on the road near the property.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl (near Burger King), Aldi (Los Altos).

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, Zeniamar commercial centre with the Central Grill (sit down and take away meals), Blarneystone Irish pub and Casa da Vinci Italian restaurant are approx 5 mins walk.

The commercial complex Via Park 3 is about 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, Los Lobos Bar and restaurant, CK1 bar and restaurant. Several English bars, including Doolan’s, Macklin's Welcome Inn (with pool tables and snooker table), Lime Bar, Bar Next Door (with pool table). The Post Room which also sells newspapers and offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more English bars and restaurants.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, approx 10 mins walk, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto’s. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex, approx 10 min walk, you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a Consum supermarket, Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, card/newspaper shop, petrol station and McDonalds.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante.
