Description
Las Delicias is a much sought-after urbanisation set in the area of the Nieve Mountains; it is 3 kilometres from the town of Coin. There is a public Bus Service.
Las Delicias is inland equidistant between the coastal towns of Malaga and Marbella. The whole property is protected by a programable alarm system linked to a manned control room. At the side of the house, accessed through large sliding glass doors from the dining room, is a secured weather proofed garden room with polycarbonate roof and sliding canopy under. This room is used as a leisure area with a dartboard, large fridge freezer. The swimming pool has been professionally maintained at all times, new filter valve and circulation pump was fitted in 2020.
