Firstly, sorry for the lack of newsletter last week.  I was tied up with interviews and reading over 130 CVs.  I never thought it would take so long!

Secondly, thanks for all the great feedback I got regarding the video I sent out a couple of weeks ago about a secret technique to more rental bookings.  However, some people had problems watching it but that was due to the fact that several hundred were trying to watch it at the same time!  If you had any problems last time you should be able to watch if fine now at:
