Hi purchasing a property in spain, had final figures sent. Would it be right in saying that 910€ for opening a bank account and 500€ for new contract with gas and electric? Those figures just seemed a bit high, so was just wondering what other people's experiences were. Thanks

Opening bank accounts are completely free...if the property you bought had no meters .. €500 would be about right ..I think the €910 is probably your lawyers handling charges for the complete property purchase ... normally you would add approximately 12% on top of the agreed purchase price...to cover all your legal fees/purchase tax and so on.
