Having already lost 100K on their property, Dave and Nicky now have to pay 30K Euros to the bank so that they will take the property back. And now they have been told about an extra 3% tax. Sigh.

In the news this week: "Get your children to buckle up or we'll take them away". We can see a lot of naughty children being told to not bother putting their seat belts on ;)

Listed privately on Eye on Spain and priced for a quick sale is this top floor, furnished apartment in the El Galan district. Apartment is a 10 minute drive to the beach and enjoys communal pool and gardens.

"woottong1" on the forums is looking to move to somewhere a bit quieter in Spain. Where he is now is driving him mad with the constant sound of barking dogs. We think he may struggle!
