Very good show with suitable warnings. Water problems are the most common faults we fin in our building surveys. Most caused by poor/absent damp-proofing with the problem starting immediately after the property has been built. Plumbing faults may only become apparent after use of the building, but as can be seen in the videos if caught quickly enough they can be repaired. Repairing absent damp proofing can be much more difficult.
