Learn how to cook a tasty Huevos a la Flamenca

Regular chef, Selwyn Figueras, returns this week to teach us how to cook a very simple but very tasty Spanish dish, "Huevos a la Flamenca".  Follow Selwyn's excellent instructions and you'll absolutely fall in love with this dish!

A couple of potatoes
An onion
1 or 2 Chorizos
A few slice of Serrano ham
Tomate Frito
Eggs
Pimiento Morron
Olive Oil

Hi Selwyn, this was much more watchable than the first cooking show, moved along nicely-and a great looking end result.We are going to try the recipe out this weekend. Looking forward to the paella show,we cheat when in Valencia by using packets of pre mixed paella seasoning by Carmencita. When we bring it back to u.k. and cook with it, despite following the instructions on the pack I can never seem to get the same results! I notice that in Valencia region paella cooking seems to be a "man" type thing--any reason for this ? All the best, Ray
